SHIPPING

After I place my order when will it be shipped?
Once you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 Days depending on peak season such as during the Christmas and Thanksgiving Holidays. Our goal is to always beat our normal processing and shipping time so when we can we will always get your order out faster. 

Once my order is shipped how long will it take to get here?
Once your order is shipped it should arrive to you within 3-7 business days. If your order ships on the weekend please give it an extra day or two to get there. 

 What methods do you use to ship?
Our main method of shipping is USPS. However depending on the amount of the order placed we will use UPS or FedEx Ground as our main method of shipping.

How do I take advantage of your promotions?
To take advantage of the monthly promotions during checkout all you need to do is enter the coupon code. There will also be times where after qualifying for a certain promotion it will automatically be applied.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We offer to pay through paypal.

Do you store our payment information?
We do not believe in keeping such sensitive information in our system. Therefore we do not save your credit card information to help decrease the risk of your information getting stolen.

Do i need to have an account to place an order with you?
Absolutely not! Of course we would love for you to sign up for an account with us so we can send you great deals every month. However we will never require for you to sign up.

Where do I sign up for an account?
You can sign up through an account by emailing here or you can do so while checking out. 


RETURNS

What is your return policy?
If something is not to your satisfaction we please ask that you return your item within 14 days after receiving the product. If the product is defective or broken please notify us by sending an email to sales@majesticexpression.red so we can get the issue resolved. 

Am i responsible to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning the product just because you do not like the product and do not want it anymore then yes you are responsible for return shipping. If the product came broken or defective or not as described we will gladly pay return shipping and get an exchange done for you.




PRIVACY

What do you do with my credit card info after I place my order?
Here at Majestic Expressions we do not believe in storing your credit card information. We believe this increases the risk of your card being stolen so we never store that information. It is used only when you submit an order. 




ORDERING

I just submitted my order but need to make a change. Can I do that?
Every order is reviewed and processed within 24 hours. If you need to make a change to your order please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to sales@majesticexpressions.red 

When will I get my order?
Your order is shipped within 2-3 days after placing it. Once it has shipped depending on which method you selected you should receive it within 3-5 business days.
